The English Schoolhouse Recipes: Stuffed Zucchini

So you might be thinking, "What do recipes have to do with the price of tea in China?  You guys are an English language school."  Our answer: Everything.

We really believe that our approach to language learning is pretty innovative, especially amongst Roman standards.  We believe in learning by doing and learning within a meaningful context.  We like it when connections are made to students' already existing interests.  And...we don't just do kids courses.  Don't get us wrong, we love the kids! But we provide quality English lessons for teenagers, college students, and adult learners as well.  So this blog is meant to provide something for everyone.  Besides that, we like sharing good info, and at our house here in Rome, food is a big deal.  I'm American and my husband's Italian--I need to improve my cooking skills and he needs to brush up on his English.  So these recipes are a win-win for us both, and hopefully for you too.
