Schoolhouse Recipes: Flavi's Italian Meatballs

Cook like an Italian...speak like an American.
Meatballs, y'all.

If you're reading this from the states you might be thinking, "Why didn't you throw in some spaghetti, Tam?"
What you're about to read may be the most shocking thing you come across today...
Spaghetti and meatballs isn't, like, a thing here in Italy. They are two separate and very distinct things.
Olive Garden would not have you know that info, but I'm your girl, and I'm here to offer the truth.
Another thing, just fyi, that the U.S.A. is passing off as Italian when it ain't is Chicken Alfredo.  Ask a Roman at a restaurant if there's anything on the menu with Alfredo sauce and they'll look at you like you've lost your mind.

Anyway, these meatballs are so good they DESERVE to be eaten alone.  As a second course. The way the Italians do it. Let us know if you make them!
