So if you follow this blog you know I've been in full on decoupage-mode recently.
Danielle, who moved here to work at the schoolhouse asked me what exactly decoupage is today. "Next week you can come to the schoolhouse and just decoupage your little heart out," I told her. "It's so therapeutic!"
She's excited. So am I.
Here's how my two favorite centers so far are coming along.
And there's still soooo much more to be done!
I have to add a border to that backsplash in the kitchen...and add some real kitchen towels on hooks, and some pots and pans.
My goal is for the schoolhouse to have a "Welcome home" feel...and to be a place that inspires kids to dream, imagine, and evolve.
I think we're off to a good start.
